Your ignorance parallels that of the 1800s. You must remember that even if you are dealing with a project in the early double digits, your project is *tiny*, and you will be dealing with a lower class of developer as a result. For a project this size, depending on your personal management skills, you might be better off going with a CMMI Level 5 organization in India. But going with a single Indian developer?
