Troll: One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup
or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and
argument
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=troll

Sounds like you had a bad experience and are justifiably upset -
possibly due to lack of due-diligence, or, giving you the benefit of the
doubt, perhaps you were badly taken advantage of. However, this is not
the place to rant and rave about it, and lumping the people on this list
(or even "coders" in general) in with the sub-standard people you chose
to hire (and later came to regret doing business with) is completely
uncalled-for.

The people on this list have shown themselves time and time again to be
intelligent, knowledgeable, and resourceful "coders", be they web
developers, designers, information architects, programmers, usability
experts, etc. They have also proven themselves to be helpful, kind,
thoughtful, and all-round good people. Even after your angry, rude, and
outright insulting post and replies, you have received offers of advice
for picking coders in the future.
