Snagit[0] will do the screenshots.  Camtasia[1] will do it as a video, in
various formats.  Both by the same company, Techsmith.  Snagit will even
produce circles and arrows and color glossy pictures if you want (well,
maybe not the glossy pics).

Tangentially, if anyone happens to be using FogBugz with the screenshot
client, I found a useful Snagit-Fogbugz Screenshot "Mashup"[3] to use Snagit
to take screenshots for Fogbugz tickets in place of the usual simple
screenshot tool.
