All

I need to add Chinese to the list of languages supported on our website.
It would appear that I can use UTF-8 encoding, so I need to a) ensure
that the text is delivered to me correctly encoded, and b) specify UTF-8
as the charset in a meta tag.

Is this all I need to do? Do I have to worry about the orientation of
the text? Any comments or thoughts from anyone who has implemented a
Chinese language version of an existing European language website would
be most gratefully received.

Cheers!
