[thelist] Flash Flickering issue

Has anyone experiences a Flash flickering issue when using WMODE?

My site never used to flicker, but now since I am having Javascript
drop-down menus go over a flash element, I needed to implement the WMODE
parameter (wmode="opaque").

The problem is hit and miss - some machines flicker while others do not.
Video cards are all sufficient and all computers have the either Flash
Player 8 or 9 installed. All video drivers are up to date as well. All
machines are IE 6.0+

Can anyone shed light as to how to fix this issue?
