Only in so far as I have an account which I have setup for a friends
company, who will but have not yet sent anything out, so cannot say on
how the reporting/reliability etc is.

Their mailbuild app is very nice, templates easy to adjust for your
needs, nice bit of software which i would give definitely give the
thumbs up to - easy for clients to update their newsletters, you can
also brand it for your own business:
