So... all this talk begs the question. There are two bottom line
scenarios that we have here. An expert coder that doesn't have a single
creative tooth in their head and visa versa for the graphic designer...
OR you have hybrids to some degree. At what point do you cross train.
Unfortunately, "just enough" one either spectrum will classify the other
as versed enough to do the other person's job. Or not.
