Thanks for the suggestion.  I am going to use Drupal for another
client, I think.  When you say the learning curve is not short do you
mean the web designer's learning curve?  The client I have in mind
can't handle a big challenge I don't think.

For the charity I mentioned earlier there's no choice but to stick
with something running on an IIS server.  Their biggest donor owns the
company donating the server space...so we are using their setup and
that's that.
