I highly recommend HTML-Kit [1], it's a great program, you can do tons
of stuff out of the box, and even more with plugins. Also, the support
[2] and news group [3] are great, and the HTML-Kit creator (Chami)
answers most of the questions personally and promptly.

Also, I decided to give Aptana a try, just to see what it was like, and
this is what my task manager had to say:
aptana.exe: 1,920 K + javaw.exe: 66,648 K
HTMLKit.exe: 10,680 K
