[thelist] Site Check: Is it accessible?

Hey all,
I ran your front page through the WAI and Section 508 validators from
HiSoftware[1], and while it passed the 508 automatic validation, the WAI
test flagged a bgcolor attribute in the body tag. How big of a problem
that is I can't really say, though.
I also looked at the site in Opera's accessibility mode with images
turned off and it seemed like the site was plenty usable. I don't know if
I was missing something completely, but I could get to apartment listings
and see information about the unit, see the alt attributes in images, etc.
The only thing I might recommend would be to try making the main
navigation an unordered list rather than a series of images in a div.
I'm not an expert, nor do I play one on TV, but the site seems
legitimately accessible to me.

Matt
