What is triggering your oncomplete handler? onreadystatechange &
readystate=4 & status=200?

Ideally you would be able to direct the plugin to a particular portion
of the page rather than having it run over the entire set of anchors
in the document (which I assume is what it does) and re-initiate for
each applicable anchor.
