The website I maintain will complete 5 successfull years in march and I'm interested in running a survey with its readers (gnu/linux news website). Google returns so/too many results, and so far I'm staying with: http://www.butterfat.net/wiki/Projects/phpESP/ Perhaps someone could comment on this? Any better option (open source, mysql based) ?
