Campaign Monitor[1] and MailBuilld[2] from [3]FreshView Software are two
tools for email campaigns (HTML and plain-text). As Steven mentioned, HTML
emails can cause issues for some users who have them disabled or have email
software or web-based email that doesn't like HTML emails, so you should
always provide a text-only alternative or a link to the message on a web
server.
