[thelist] format for video?

Charles,
See how little I know? :-) She has the vhs tape and asked me how I'd like
her to present it to me so that I can post it to her website. This would be
a digital format. How would any of you with experience with video do this?

When you say "format", do you mean analog/physical
(i.e. VHS) or
digital/bits (MPEG-4)?
In other words, will you be capturing the video for
her, or will she be
capturing the video herself?
