	- Dekoh (web paradigm, all platforms, open)

	- .NET 3.0 (desktop paradigm, Windows, closed)

	- WPF/E (web paradigm, all platforms, closed)

	- Slingshot (web paradigm, Ruby on Rails, closed?)

And of course, you can build full-fledged,
multi-platform, offline-capable
apps now using Firefox and XUL:
