Yes, of course! This issue has been around for years and in CSS,  
there really is no way to solve this, other than accepting that your  
design will look worse for some users than for others. Design for the  
majority (Windows XP, IE) and then do what you can for everyone else  
(though they might see a less visually "perfect" version).
