It also suggests rather a cookie-cutter approach to site production.  
Which
*can* be OK. But believe me, the bigger (read: more valuable) jobs don't
work that way. Simply building sites is much, much less lucrative than
consultancy work that ends up in a site, and the clients who need this
don't *know* what they need. Even if they won't admit it :-)
