[thelist] Problem with css layout

Okay, I usually just use a 3 column layout similar to those found at
http://www.pmob.co.uk/temp/3col/3col-percent-01.htm
but this time I'm wanting to do something a bit different; something like...

(sorry if this looks like gibberish)
|------------------------|
|	header |c	|
|-------------------|o	|
| |c	|l	|
|	body |o	|2	|
| |l	|	|
| |1	|	|
| |	|	|
| |	|	|
|------------------------|

Basically, it's a three column layout with all columns at 100%, and a header over the two columns on the left while the right most column extends all the way up. The problem I'm having is trying to get both the right side columns to extent all the way down. If I use the example shown at the link above, then I can't seem to get the rightmost column to go all the way up.

If anyone could point me toward a tutorial or drop me a couple hints I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,
-jeremy
