Direct it to :fail: as well, don't use :blackhole: in other words:

It should also be set in your WHM under "Tweak Settings" and then "Default 
catch-all/default address behaviour for new accounts." For reseller accounts 
a number of hosts providing that type of service are simply turning it off 
globally to begin with, contact them to see if it's an option they can log in 
as root and do for you if you don't see it available in WHM too.
