We recently switched to Verio.net and are extremely pleased with their
services and support. IIRC, cost is a bit higher than your ideal --
closer to $1,000 per year. HTH.

I'm trying to find a reliable host (isn't everyone) that provides
dedicated/semi-dedicated/VPS windows hosting with ASP classic support,
ms sql database, atleast 20 email accounts.  24/7/365 support via phone
would also be required.

I'm looking for something in the range of about $700-800/yr.

Any suggestions?
