[thelist] Regex help

I haven't actually got one yet... The original solution exploded()'ed the
attributes by space (hence the start of the problem)

This I have realised... I spent a few hours last night trying things out on
the regex coach but to no avail

Maybe I'm just a bit thick but I can't figure out encapsulating enclosed
values... Those pesky quotes!
