[thelist] Commas presenting as ' in FormMail

Hi There,
A client recently moved their server and we switched the perl script to
submit forms.
The new server uses cpanel and the perl script is called FormMail. 
With the new forms all of our submitted text (via email) has some problem
with Unicode.
Now we get ' instead of commas and &quote instead of quotes.
Any ideas how to correct this?
