No this isn't, as this is (was) a thread about c#, asp and
masterpages... You should create a new thread, not reply to an old mail
just changing the subject. Many people like to use threaded view with
their mail client, and then mails like yours end up in wrong place.
Ok, just clicking reply will save you from the exhausting labor of
typing "thelist at lists.evolt.org" in the To: field... Then again, a
Photoshop guru might not even open a thread on c#, thus missing your
question, thus you miss their answers.
So next time you want to start a new thread, please create a new mail.

FW is primarily aimed for web graphics with emphasis on vector rather
than bitmap graphics. While PS certainly has many web oriented features
and some vector editing capabilities, it still is a bitmap editor - and
a high end one at that.

It sure does. If you rarely or never feel that FW is limiting your
creativity or is lacking retouching features, then I see no reason to
switch to PS.

Fairly wide topic... But one hint: make them light, so they load faster.
Other than that I guess it's just: make them look good and appropriate
to their context - as with any graphic work.
