Well... You are right, because this isn't a Dreamweaver issue.  It's an
issue that will be solved via the scripting language--be it PHP, Cold
Fusion, ASP, Java, or whatever.

Avoid having the same site available at multiple domain names--this includes
the www and non-www versions of a site.  If you need visitors to be able to
type in a number of different URLs to get to your site (perhaps, for
example, you have radio ads and want to ensure your competitor with a
similar domain name doesn't get the business) then make sure you 301
redirect the visitor from these ancillary domain names back to the
master/unified domain name immediately.  This will make sure your site isn't
penalized by the search engines for duplicity.
