[thelist] Installing IE7 and 6

Check the evolt browser archive...

You can get the IE6 Standalone version and install it after IE7 is already
going.

I did this, and it works fine for display. I get a few warnings, but display
is accurate. It's a complete standalone version. It didn't mess with my OS,
or IE7.
