[thelist] curious cache-ing when update images - solved

it also is working on a test form with:

	<meta http-equiv-equiv="pragma" content="no-cache">
	<meta http-equiv="expires" content="-1">

without having to do anything funky with adding some random text in the image name. problem very solved.
