The mail you just send to list is completely OK.

Also 10000 chars for wrap is huge, the mail you just sent is wrapped  
around 70+ chars

I don't know if there is a setting for new line as it can be "\r" or  
"\r\n"  maybe that is causing the problem
look for options like Operating system : WIn *nix

and you are also using HTML (bulleted list) that may be different  
issue as well
