Hi Andrew,

As far as I know, but I'm not a lawyer, a description is not a name  
and cannot be claimed.
"online classrooms" is an everyday description, normal language.
"The Latin Online Classroom" sounds a little more like a name, but  
still I think you cannot claim it.
A name like "Topsoundlatin Online Course" or something would be a  
name and could be owned.

 From a marketing point of view it is important to have your own  
"name" (= identity). Not only a description.

Just my 2¢.
