[thelist] freeware/open-source number pattern?

Does anybody know of a freeware/open-source program into which a user 
can input a list of numbers and find a pattern?

For a (simple) example:

input:
0.7:1.4,1:2,2:4,6:12,5:10,24:48,125.3:250.6
output:
[first number times two equals second number]

or..

input:
(2.35:7.05)(7:21)(273.612:_____)(90:270)

output:
820.836
