I'd just like to chime in that I just got a hosting plan at
www.mosso.com which is rackspace's new cloud hosting infrastructure.
It's a joy to manage and has live 24/7 tech support. It's a little
pricey, but it's also perfect IMHO for someone who needs to host many
small sites. It might be worth your time to check out.
