[thelist] installing Zend Framework

I'm still striking out on this one. I'm beginning to think it's not a PHP issue but rather a Linux or Apache security measure of some sort that's preventing this from working. So, instead of installing Zend Framework in a single place on the server where all the accounts can reach it, I just installed it on one account and threw an .htaccess file up to change the PHP include_path for that user. It's working fine... for now. But it would be a major pain in the @*$&@#& to do it this way for every client on the server. So I'm digging out the Linux books and searching for Apache info to see what I can find.
