[thelist] colorizing DIV overflow scrollbars (Petit Juror)

I have been honored to serve the Kanawaha County Circuit Court as a
petit juror through December 12, 2008. Throughout my service time I may
and may not be in my office for consecutive days. 

I will monitor technical support request daily. Please note that in the
event of a high priority issue to contact another member of the DHHR Web

I have body copy on a page contained within a DIV and overflow set to
auto. Can I use CSS to style the resulting overflow scrollbar? If so,
how? I've seen online articles about styling the browser scrollbars and
scrollbars on TEXTAREAs, but not a DIV. The prototype shell page can be
viewed at http://test.russelllands.com/crossroads/index.html. Thanks in
advance for pointing me in the right direction.
