[thelist] ASP Classic - What's causing this?

This would be a mix of your browser settings and whatever you send in
the header.
You can force certain behaviours through headers, but when you accept
a default setting, the browser will stick to it.
http://www.w3schools.com/ASP/prop_contenttype.asp
Try navigating these pages on a freshly installed OS, you will see the
old functionality.

Good luck
Matthias
