Hi,

I have a request and I do not know where to start:
My company needs a downloadable link from our mobile site, so a bookmark
icon will be created on the mobile devices' desktop.
CNN.com has such a feature.
If you go to their site on the mobile device, it asks you if you want to
download a *jar file and then let's you install it on your device.
(I used a blackberry).
Where do I go looking for a developer for this?
