yup. loose confederation with lots of redundancy. sub A can't take the
emergency, sub B with some skillset crossover can.

hasn't failed yet. not saying it never will. but if the team grows and
my project and people management skills don't fail me, we'll stay ahead
of it until we stop needing more work. at which point, we take no new
clients except to fill openings left by those who've, um, left.
