[thelist] blogging software recommendations

I know nothing about this other than it's new, looks to be 100%
Opensource, and has MovableType developers of one form or another
involved.  Thought it might be worth mentioning if for no other reason
when I'm looking for the link again I can find it in the Evolt archives.
