[thelist] cross browser <div> float weirdness

Not sure what's causing the issue, but you may be find it easier to track
the issue down from the raw html. I have used this trick in the past with
dynamic content:

Grab the html from view / source and use it to create a new test html page
in a location that can see the theme and images (the root of the site should
do) You can also do a quick search and replaces to get the full URL to
images and what not, in order to test on the local machine.

Then you can tweak that one html page and quickly see if something (like
breaking the line up) does indeed change the layout. 

If I'm not clear post and I'll try to do a better job explaining what I
mean.

That, unfortunately, is part of the output from Joomla's templating
system...
I guess I could go dig through the template files to see if I can find where
that's happening and add some line breaks...but that seems like sort of a
long shot for fixing my problem.
