This is the error:
(OS 10048)Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network
address/port) is normally permitted. : make_sock: could not bind to address
0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

I tried uninstalling XAMPP and reinstalling it and I get the same error
message

Hi Nan,

Try checking the Apache error logs. It sounds like you have an error in your
httpd.conf which is stopping Apache from starting successfully.

Typically these are either file path or permissions issues and the logs will
have all the details you need to move forward.

Regards,
Paul

It just says:
Busy...
Starting Apache

But then it never starts.
So wait though, I think I know what is wrong. I added the files to a folder
I created called xampp, and then inside that is the xampp folder with all of
the files, So user error?
