[thelist] Aptana's dropping their PHP plugin

After all it seems that all my messages went through... with more than 
36 hours delay for at least one of them. Therefore it seems that The 
List's mailing list processing is the one to blame and not my ISP.

I apologize for the "spamming" which was obviously non intentional.
