It depends on whether you want someone you can first meet face to face 
or not.  Regionally there exist for many regions writers' groups.  For 
instance in northern Colorado there is a group called Boulder's Writers 
Alliance and I think some others.  This region also has a group called 
Rocky Mountain Internet Users Group, www.rmiug.org, and Boulder Digital 
Arts, www.bda.com. BDA might not sound like a match at first but the 
folks in the group have their network of contacts. -Bob
