[thelist] IP License

Can someone clarify what this means?

* IP License: An IP license allows the control to be used in all Web 
applications hosted on a single IP@ on a production server.

In addition to a Domain license which makes sense they list an IP 
license for this software package.  With how I host my websites they all 
live at the same IP address, just different accounts.  Would an IP 
license cover all accounts on this server?
