[thelist] Urchin 6 and Timezones/UTC?

I'm doing some traffic research for a client and was wondering if anyone has
a better understanding of how U6 uses timezones to determine traffic. I'm
looking at the traffic that says it spikes around mid day, so does that mean
that it measures the traffic based on my timezone (PST) or the timezone of
where the server is (CST) or other?
