Not that it's causing the issue, but to start:

There appears to be a blank line at the beginning of the page, which
is likely throwing IE for a spin.

Also, the page isn't validating. There's a case of you opening a span,
then not closing it (using a closing anchor instead)

Give that a shot and see if it's still breaking.
