I have no idea what the point the first video was supposed to convey. You never actually answered your question. 

And I watched the first 60 seconds of the second one, and I still didn't understand why I was watching it. If it wasn't for a request on this list, I would have closed it after 10-15 seconds.

Both videos look extremely amateurish, to be honest.

And I don't really understand what "hackMBA" has to do with what you are trying to push. Lauching a startup has nothing to do with getting an MBA per se. Lastly, the idea that there is only one way to launch a startup (per your second video - about 60 seconds in) either means you are a guru (so why are you hawking stuff on youtube), or you have no idea what you are talking about. It's an instant credibility loss. Suggest you look at a different angle to sell this.

I loved it.

I uploaded the same video 3 weeks back without video, and it made 350+ views.
Your argument is right and valid.

Dun know may be will find a better way in the next podcast release.
