[thelist] using z-index so flash gives up focus in ie

Depends of many things.
As much as the hasLayout on some of the elements, and positioning. z-index
needs, as I recall, to have position to be considered.
Hope the "hasLayout" trick will help you. That's all I can do to help
tonight.
