Hi
Mail-limiting certainly is possible; I run it on my Hetzner server. The
rate I set is 1000 emails per hour per domain, but the limit can be set on
a per-domain basis. Do you have any control over your server? A control
panel or SSH, maybe?
What is your hosting setup?
