[thechat] Contract Jobs?

Once upon a time on thelist, there was a thread about good sites for people 
looking for contract programming/design jobs.  Of course, now that someone 
has asked me about it, I no longer have any of the information.  I tried 
searching the archives, but browsing the first 300 results didn't turn it 
up.  So now I pass the question along to this list.  Anyone have any good 
suggestions for places to look for folks interested in work from home 
contract jobs?
