In Illinois, open liquor is considered 5 unopened cans in what once was a
6-pack. It's not enough to have the lid on -- if you drive and plan to
enjoy some refreshment, grab a cooler, small ice chest, whatever, and stick
the refreshment in the trunk of the vehicle where passengers and driver can
not access it while driving.
