The other I've already sampled as Rocky Mountain Oysters.

At least in Europe they *tell* you what you're going to get
on your plate - cervettes d'agneau is pretty specific, even
if you don't quite understand when you order it.

No, Martin. It's your worst fear (at least your worst regarding this

A moose "nugget" is the moose nugget industry's term for "a piece of moose
poop".
