"How y'all are?"

In this usage, y'all can be singular or plural.

Another popular contraction: "y'at"
As in "Where y'at?"
meaning "Where are you?", and also "How are you?"

It's a general status-check, good for all occasions:
"Hey Boudreaux, where y'at?"
